| Customer Reviews: Just Your Average, Above Average Valve Oil October 17, 2008 C. Payne (Ohio, USA) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
I personally love this product. I have been playing trumpet for 8 years and I use this on my current horn all the time. It is a normal oil so do not mix it with an synthetic oil like Blue Juice. There is a huge list of famous performers who use this product and if you haven't used Al Cass, I would strongly suggest it over Yamaha, Bach, Clark Terry 44 and Jupiter valve oil. If you have extremely tight valves that normal valve oils just are too sluggish, try Clark Terry 44 or go synthetic.
Quality product October 19, 2009 S. Parker 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I've been using Al Cass Fast Valve Oil for about 30 years. I've tried other products but Al cass is relatively odorless and does the trick. I've found other valve oils have funky odors even if they work fine on the valves. It works across a broad range of temperatures. Quality product at a very reasonable price.
Best valve oil January 19, 2010 B. Rizzo 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I've been playing trumpet for over 20 years and this is easily the best valve oil I've ever used. I've tried the expensive brands and all the others that claim to be made with space-age technology or what-have-you and Al Cass is by far superior. You can use it on slides and valves, you don't need a lot but even if you coat the valve it wont gunk it up, and it lasts for awhile.

br /I use this on a 15 year old Bach Strad Model 37 and a Yamaha Pro Flugelhorn.
Used it forever July 16, 2009 Michael D. Burns (Topeka, KS) I've been using Al Call Superfast for 40 years. I've tried other valve oils, but I always come back.
